针对长距离输水工程, 提出了应急调控过程中影响闸门调控效果的6 项指标, 包括调控时间、调控后污染范 围、调控后污染物峰值浓度、调控成本、操作难易程度及调控对工程的影响; 然后利用层次分析法建立和量化影响闸 门调控效果的各项指标, 并引入灰色定权聚类方法对闸门调控方式进行灰色分类, 建立三角白化权函数, 更能准确 地确定闸门调控方式。最后以南水北调中线总干渠京石应急段起点至西黑山分水口之间的渠道为例, 运用AHP2 灰色定权聚类方法, 确定了中线工程应急调控过程中较为合理的闸门调控方式为同步闭闸。
