近年来, 社会各界对农业水价改革特别是水费计价问题反映较多, 分析研究农业水价满意度影响因素, 对制定 科学合理的农业水价至关重要。选取21 个影响农业水价满意度的因素作为基本分析变量, 借助因子分析和层次分 析法( AHP) , 构建农业水价满意度评价模型, 并以山东省滨州市为例进行实证研究。结果表明, 该市影响农业水价 满意度的主要因素有: 工程建管水平、供水本身质量、农户收入、管理机制以及农户承受能力, 具体21 个变量中, 影 响较大的因素依次为: 供水工程建设成本、运行及管理成本、末级渠系配套、家庭人均粮食收入、农户支付意愿、灌溉 用水质量等。
