[摘要]
南水北调淮阴三站在空箱隔墩中部位置发现裂缝,本文通过稳定计算和三维有限元数值模拟,分析在设计抽水期Ⅰ、设计抽水期Ⅱ及最地震期三种不同工况下,温度变化时泵站裂缝处典型点应力值变化情况。结果表明,温度能够引起裂缝典型点处最大主应力值的变化,且温降时泵站裂缝处典型点应力变化值较大,即温降时混凝土拉应力增大产生裂缝的可能性较大。经灌浆法和有机硅封闭法处理后效果显著,对于其他大型泵站温度裂缝处理提供借鉴意义。

The cracks were found in the middle of the empty box pier in Huaiyin Third Station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,this paper adopts stable calculation and three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation,Analyzes the stress value changes of typical points at the cracks of the pumping station under three different working conditions: design pumping period Ⅰ, design pumping period Ⅱ and earthquake period。The results show that temperature can cause the change of the maximum principal stress value at the typical point of the crack,And when the temperature drops, the stress change value of the typical points at the cracks of the pumping station is larger, that is, when the temperature drops, the concrete tensile stress increases and the possibility of cracks is greater。After the grouting method and the silicone sealing method, the effect is significant, which can provide reference for the treatment of temperature cracks in other large pumping stations。
