南水北调中线干线工程通水近10年,运行期安全监测需求已发生较大变化,建设期安装的安全监测仪器难以满足目前运行管理需要。在梳理南水北调中线监测现状,分析运行期需求基础上,引入安全监测仪器全生命周期(永久、长期、短期)的概念,提出南水北调中线工程运行期安全监测优化设计原则,并以深挖方渠道工程为例开展优化设计,为长距离调水工程运行期安全监测仪器优化提供经验借鉴。

The South to North Water Diversion Middle Route Project has been running for nearly 10 years, and the safety monitoring requirements during operation have undergone significant changes. The safety monitoring instruments installed during the construction period are difficult to meet the current management needs. Based on the analysis of the monitoring status and the demand during the operation period, the concept of the full life cycle (permanent, long-term, short-term) of safety monitoring instruments is introduced. The optimization design principles for safety monitoring during the operation period of the Project are proposed, and the optimization design is carried out using the deep excavation channel project as an example, providing experience and reference for the optimization of safety monitoring instruments during the operation period of long-distance water diversion projects.
